I have been told that I do strange things in my sleep. On the occasion that I have talked in my sleep my words have been so that the person I am in the room with can not understand what I am saying. I do find myself laughing in my sleep and have even been known to wake myself up laughing.
Something I have not done in a long time is cry in my sleep, not because of any nightmare but just sadness.
